Tim Carr

Tim is leading up our growing rooftop community solar practice, helping commercial real estate owners and portfolio managers maximize the leasable square footage on their properties while also bringing more distributed clean energy into the communities where the energy is used. Tim has over a decade of experience working with commercial owners and investors to develop and deploy solar assets, including over 86 MW of solar projects across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. He has a passion for solar energy adoption, customer engagement, and helping his partners leverage their growing opportunities for community solar.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from the University at Albany (SUNY)
